  we stayed here and the people need to be more skilled at what they do, toilets wiped down with ONE chux that's toilet wash basin god only knows what ever else, lady there needs people skills and the person needs to clean sites not nice i correct myself it was the en suites on top of hill, and rubbish bin inside the en suite not emptied from previous people the whole time we where there, and would be great if opened extra toilets as there was a queue at times. All around top blocks need to be cleaned up of long grass and no poison to be done while guests with children or pets are staying and be more customer FRIENDLY .The location for this caravan park is lovely nestled in the trees and close to town. Unfortunately the cabin we stayed in was very old and tired. There was mould in the shower, chipped cabinets in the kitchen and old mismatched furniture. There was some raw meat left in the fridge from a previous guest which was an unwelcome surprise. The place was fairly clean but not spotless. Whilst we were walking around the park we saw a screen door fall off another cabin nearby, which pretty well sums up our feeling that this place needs some TLC.we did not ask for private en suite we only ask for key that was all because wife walked in on some surely you must understand when you go to toilets you like it to be private not some one waiting in line like buying a ticket to go to the movies and only 1 toilet between 4 males plus visitors shame on you obversely you have no idea

  This is my family's 26th occasion staying in this beautiful bush park in the last 12 months. The management here bend over backwards to make guests welcome and comfortable. Amazes me to read negative comments about amenities and service. It is a bush park, not a resort, and that's the attraction. We were here staying at the actual day the below poster was here. Interestingly they weren't even in a cabin! And certainly no line up for toilets as there was only 4 or 5 vans in the entire park! If you are into the Big 4 style resort, then maybe not for you. But if you are into quiet, bush settings with open fires and a few minutes walk from one of the most historical towns in Victoria, then this is a gem of a spot!
